Everyday Ways for Well-Being and Healthy Aging


This workshop has the same focus to flourishing as the Getting Started program but with more depth and breath. Also, private one-on-one coaching is included.

It takes place in two online sessions with ample time for Q&A. The number of participants is limited to insure a high-level of interaction for everyone.

Product Description

The program includes:

  • A live presentation of Boomers Living Well, Living Long: Enhance Your Well-Being Now and Make Sure it Lasts. This is a 60-minute online presentation. The umber of participants is limited to allow ample time for discussion. The goal is not only to educate but also to help individuals translate the material into everyday ways to improve their health and well-being – ways that are personally relevant and actionable.
  • A Step-by-Step Guide for building and launching a 30-day program. The guide is accompanied by a 30-minute online session that introduces our change methodology and helps each participant put these principles into an actionable 30-day program.
  • One 30-minute one-on-one coaching session (telephone). This schedule after the workshop.
  • A self-evaluation structure and strategies for moving beyond the first 30-days.
