- A Step-by-Step Guide for building and launching a 30-day program. The guide is accompanied by a 30-minute online session that introduces our change methodology and helps each participant put these principles into an actionable 30-day program.
- One 30-minute one-on-one coaching session (telephone). This schedule after the workshop.
- A self-evaluation structure and strategies for moving beyond the first 30-days.
